Sanjeev is the founder of, India's leading job-site. Sanjeev was awarded the "Ernst and Young - Entrepreneur of the Year" award in 2008 for Business Transformation. He graduated from IIM Ahmedabad in 1989.

Ritu Anand

Vice President-Human Resources, Tata Consultancy Services

Dr. Ritu Anand is the Vice President and Deputy Global Head of Human Resources at TCS. She also Heads the Talent Management function at TCS. A doctorate in Psychology, Dr. Anand is passionate about people and is committed to developing women leaders. She is the Governing Board Member of the distinguished Forum for Women In Leadership (WILL) and is also a member of the Worldwide ERC Global Advisory Council and the National HRD Network in India.

Neeraj Bhargava

Founder & CEO Zodius Capital

Neeraj Bhargava is the Founder & CEO of Zodius Capital Advisors, an investor-operator that is building market-defining companies in three areas: Digital Media & Commerce, Big Data & Analytics and Education.

Prior to forming Zodius, Neeraj has had a successful career as an entrepreneur, investor and consultant including being the:

  • Co-founder and Group CEO of WNS Global Services
  • Co-Founder and Managing Partner of eVentures India
  • Partner of McKinsey & Company, where he worked at New York, London and Mumbai

Neeraj has a BA in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, India and an MBA from Stern School of Business, New York University.

Ashish Dhawan

Founder and CEO of Central Square Foundation, Founder of Chrys Capital

Ashish Dhawan co-founded ChrysCapital, the first large-scale private equity firm in India. He is a highly respected investor with a philanthropic bent. He recently started India's first venture philanthropy firm and is also one of the people at the forefront of India's education reform movement.

Jack Gabarro

Baker Foundation Professor, Harvard Business School

Jack is one of the senior-most professors at Harvard Business School, and he teaches a core course called Authentic Leadership Development. Jack and his course were the inspiration for Talerang. Jack is the author of 6 books and the recipient of the McKinsey Foundation Award and the Johnson Smith Knisely Foundation Award for research on executive leadership.

Ashok Kurien

Brand advisor, advertising veteran, and serial entrepreneur

Ashok has founded many companies. Founder-Promoter/Director of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, Dish TV, Playwin/Lotteries (PIPL) &; Founder-Promoter of Ambience Advertising and Hanmer Communications; Founding Member of; and Promoter of Livinguard Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Mallika Singh

Director, Investments, Omidyar Network India Advisors

Mallika is responsible for Omidyar Network's investments in Education in India.

Previously, Mallika served as the first country head for Endeavor India. An Omidyar Network grantee, Endeavor is a global nonprofit organization whose support of high-impact entrepreneurs enables economic growth in emerging markets. Prior to joining Endeavor, Mallika worked in leveraged finance in the investment banking division at Citigroup (now Citi), where she structured and executed deals for financing leveraged buy-outs. Mallika had previously worked at Broadview, where she provided M&A advisory services to early-stage information technology companies. She began her career in the fixed income division at Goldman Sachs.

Mallika earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BA in mathematics and economics from Smith College, where she graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Ajay Swarup

Managing Director, Globus Spirits

Ajay has been associated with Globus Spirits since its inception. He also promoted GRAS Academy (a vocational education company) in 2008 and brings his knowledge of business and vocational education to Talerang. He completed his schooling from Doon School, his B.A. (Honours) in Economics from St. Stephens College, Delhi University and PGDBM from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

Neerja Tiku

Head of Department, Industrial Design at School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi

Neerja Tiku is an architect, urban planner and design professional and has 35 years of teaching experience. She is the Head of Department of Industrial Design and has previously been Head of Department for Architecture at SPA, a premier institute for architectural and planning education in Asia.

Neerja is a Fellow of the Institute of Town Planners India (ITPI), Fellow of the Indian institute of Architects (IIA) and Life Member of the Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID).

Mr. Suresh Krishna

Co-founder and CEO

Mr. Suresh Krishna is the Co-founder and CEO of Yunus Social Business Fund Bengaluru and Co-founder and Partner of Yunus Social Business India Initiatives. Prior to this, he was at the helm of affairs at Grameen Koota. He was instrumental in developing Grameen Koota into a large, socially responsible MFI having its outreach in 5 states of India.
